  • High success rate: Approximately 98% of units can be successfully refurbished. This includes our legacy models, such as the RI-2B. In rare cases where internal circuitry is damaged beyond repair, refurbishment may not be possible.

How It Works

  • Include a note with: 1) Your name and contact information; 2)The model(s) of your transmitters, and serial numbers (if known); 3) Your preferred shipping and billing information. The more information you provide, the faster we can begin processing your request.
  • Confirmation & service: Once we receive your shipment, we’ll email you to confirm receipt, provide you with an estimated delivery date, and begin the refurbishment process.
  • Return delivery: After completion and testing, your refurbished units will be shipped back to you, ready for use.
